@@Fry-on-ytNot exactly. As a counselor/therapist in training you can interject if you’re with a client and they’re in the wrong about something. You can let them know. It’s mostly about helping the other person along with finding solutions to the issues that are going on, instead of just telling them what to do. Everyone is different and handles things differently, so we don’t want to come across as controlling

This ain't even that bad to be honest. When I was 15 and looking for a therapist, I had one that fell asleep in all 3 sessions I had with him. EVEN WHEN MY MUM WAS SAT NEXT TO ME💀 During his awake moments, he told me, an incredibly unstable 15 y/o, to try drugs and alcohol, party and get into physical fights, because that's "what boys my age do". He also told me to dress less formal to pass as a male better (I'm trans) and said sum like "guys don't have fashion senses, you need to dress uglier" 💀💀💀 I reported him but he didn't even lose his liscence, I'm glad I had brains enough to not follow his advice because goodamn☠️
