For some reason this question was exciting because I realized that I've done this whenever I clean my ears with ear buds and both cottons are full of wax I wash them with water and soak it before using it again. I call it reusable cotton buds. I love Foxplushy's relatable things to say. It's like a mind that knows what you're doing once.

I always use water too, I get the double sided ones so I have one side wet and the other dry, so my ears aren’t all wet after I clean them.

@@mombulu02 Tapping honestly can be a giant hit or miss for me personally. Same with scratching. If done in the right way for me, my brain will melt like ice cream on a hot summer day. (kinda like this video 8/10) It's hard to describe my type of scratching because I don't even know how to replicate it. But I guess the best way to describe it is light but just the right amount of pressure.
