Hmmm, maybe a visit to the ENT doctor, with emphasis on some potential left ear infection indicated by pain and redness in it, and also checking the right ear for good measure just to make sure it doesn't look infected either. I just found a good reference video so you'll get an idea of what you'd need to do I'll post it on the ideas channel
