Seems like she have 2 mics on both sides and that she had recorded separated audio and synced with the video, when both hands are in frame. Or maybe just one mic bellow, edited with panning and some layered sounds recorded after and synced with the video.

this relaxed me n put me to sleep twice so far 😁 i did laugh when i saw the gloves, they are not only different colors they are different types 😅😂 one is vinyl and one is latex. Diddly another great lotion sound, love it. You should also test lotion directly on the round mic head, makes a great squishee gewy sound. Put some plastic wrap on the mic first to protect it.
