As a long-time admirer and appreciator of your videos, they have helped me countless times to relax and/or fall asleep. With this one I can't help but ask you, are you doing okay? In this particular video it seems like you could use a nice and proper rest yourself. It reminds me of one of your older videos ( wipe away negativity) where you said you could " see us " right through the camera lens. I'd like to say that as one of hopefully many fans, I see you too. Keep up your very helpful and amazing work. It's just that in this video you seem pretty tired. I hope you are doing alright.

Thank you! I won’t lie loosing my mom has messed with my understanding of reality, but also my fibromyalgia is really bad at the moment! Had a new mattress and it’s made my pains x10 worse lol, so along with the mental health adjustment of reality without my mom and my ex, I tread lightly everyday trying to show myself compassion for the pain lol. I’ll be better once I figure out all this mattress stuff out but change is a funny one for those who are autistic lol. Taking it day by day. Thank you for checking up on me! 💕 ✨ 💕
