For me it includes a lot of anxiety, I get quite depressed, I have thoughts about self-harm, cry a lot, I’m emotionally and physically extremely tired and I might have headaches too. PMS usually lasts for me a little over a week, so I’m starting to feel a little better, thanks for asking!
