Most people in these 'professions' (fortune tellers, psychic,, medium, etc) really lead their clients during the sessions to make them feel like they are not getting ripped off. It comes down to setting the 'stage' that they perform on, and using a combination of philosophy, compliments and being observant of the client's face and emotional states. These help 'guide's the client into a mindset in which they will largely agree with the 'professional' and what they are saying. A really good charlatan will convince the client to come back for a second session or more.

back when derren brown was on TV he did some amazing examples of how all of this crap is just cold reading and barnum statements. He pretended to have various pyschic powers and the people he did this stuff on thought he was incredible and believed it all. Then he tells them it's all fake and tells them how he did it yet some of them still believe he has powers... Really shows just how dumb most people are and why this stuff works and will continue to work

Y’all…. I know palm reading isn’t ‘real’. Like my DNA didn’t spell out hand lines that determine my future specifically. But if we can all appreciate that this is an art not a science, with some internal (if randomly assigned) logic, then we can all enjoy. Be critical and aware and joke for sure, but this is just for relaxation. Gary seems careful enough not to create any self fulfilling prophecies or damaging advice (ex: he doesn’t give medical opinions), they’re not like swindling her, we all just enjoy the vibe and storytelling of it. If something rings true, even if it’s super general, it’s still fun and interesting tl reflect on. It can still be enriching as long as you don’t take it all to literally. Plus it gives such good asmr chills lol. Anyway, more Gary any day for me!!! Though I love Miss ASMR BEAUTY as the main character, if you worry that Gary would be repeating himself, maybe bring someone else to get their palm read!

Adorable content. I was fascinated by palmistry as teenager and young adult and really got pretty good for someone self taught. It’s really about communication with the person that makes the difference and having pure intention to help or comfort. People think it’s a grift but it’s 99.9% just kind sensitive souls like this looking to help in their way. It’s an ancient practise but I don’t really think it’s mystical as much now. But this person clearly is a talented and experienced palmist. I get it’s not for everyone but I really enjoyed this.

Comments here saying this person says same things in their videos. And reading the same hand. Well yes some palm readers will use the left hand. Others use the right for future. Also the lines are the same in all hands but it's how it's interpreted and how the lines show, depending on depth and where they run and connect to other lines in the hand. Similar like tarot,same cards but in a different combo have different meanings. This is not cold reading. Palm reading is quite accurate done right. All divination is precise when it's done properly.

Yep. Was having them for years without realizing they were seizures. An "Aurora" which for me is a rising feeling, a feeling of deja vu--where I'm recalling dreams extremely vividly (mundane ones like me standing, or me sitting)--and an overwhelming fear. All this just clicks. Fine one second, then clicks and rushes in. Like really odd 60sec long mini-panic attacks. Got properly diagnosed after i hadna seizure while driving, drove off the road and totalled my car (completely unharmed thankfully) So yeah. Frequent deja vu is a sign you're epileptic and are currently having a seizure. Side note: Not all seizures are convulsing. Some is just staring blankly, my deju vu mini-panic attack, sudden unexplained happiness, joy, or fear. Any electrical 'short circuit' is a seizure. And small seizures like mine, can lead to a tonic-clonic (Convulsing unconscious) and have many times. Frequent Deja vu ain't normal

Yes it is expensive but it is London and whilst I don’t think you can tell anything from palm reading I like Gary as I like the positive advice he gives and he has an amazingly peaceful calming aura about him.
