So this video is the one that made me realise I’m colour blind, I went to the optometrist today and was in fact told I am partially colour blind. I’ve never noticed anything with other ASMR videos but the identifying colours and darkest shade made me wonder. Thank you 💜

yo en los colores de la vista periférica- me re costaba recordar lo q había visto, además de q a veces hay esos colores q están entre colores1?2!1!2 tipo, el amarillo y el verde fosforescentes tienen como un tono de entre medio q es medio lima y no entiendo cuál es cuál nunca 😭 tmb me confundo turquesa con verde agua, no sé cuál es el más oscuro y cuál el más clarito 🧐

Fun fact, around 10 years old I found out I was nearsighted, and got glasses. Have had glasses since, vision worsening as a preteen --> teen as is normal, but then it stopped. And in the past whatever years, it's gotten BETTER. I didn't know eyes could do that, but my vision's gone in the other direction, fixed itself slightly somehow. No color problems though :)

This video is really well done :) Anther thing Id like to point out is when she asked for whose side of the family the colorblindess was on, its only on the mothers side, so this would mean the character we are is a male figure. If youve done work in school on genetics, or color blindness research you would understand.

that's true, because colour blindness is an x chromosome linked recessive gene, so for a female to be colourblind both dad (xy) and mum (xx) would have to carry the gene as both of her x chromosomes would have to have the gene because its recessive. for a male, he only needs his one x chromosome to be affected so its much more common in males

Wonderful video Alise, very relaxing. I didn't know if you had tried any character-based videos, because I had the idea for a masked ASMR superhero (in the style of The Incredibles or Batgirl) that I think could be fun. The premise would go something like this. The viewer would be injured or distressed by a villain, but you would show up to help, using your superpowers of ASMR. Throughout the video, the viewer would ask who you really were, but you would tell them how important it is that you wear your mask, and keep your identity a secret, but, at some point, you would trust the viewer enough, to unmask yourself and show them who you really are. I think you would do an awesome job. Keep up the great work.
