Recently started watching ASMR when I wake up as background noise while getting ready for work. So far, it has really helped as it takes that distraction of the phone away for 30 minutes or so, as well as have the calming effect, so when I log in to work, I feel calm and ready. I now start and finish my day on ASMR, this is either an addiction or a new way to help with mental health 😅 Love your videos ❤
