Listening to this reminds me when I was younger my mother used to scratch my head while reading me a bedtime story very softly weird I know that was the only way I used to sleep and was afraid of the dark as well, I'm 24 now but listening to this helps me fall asleep only problem is when I fall asleep when wake up in the morning my phone is nearly died as a door nail lol :D Thank you ASMR Destiny ;)
