ASMR Follow My Instructions & Answer My Questions

Hi everyone! This video is a follow my instructions type video with the addition of me asking you lots of questions throughout. Triggers include hand movements, eye tracking, colour tests, match sounds, light triggers and more. For me, this type of video is really helpful when I'm feeling anxious or I'm overthinking because it interrupts my thought process and forces me to focus on something else. I hope it's effective for you too!
