17:07 the “i hate you” was so funny but i think what would help is if you were to line up your donuts in the same way that they’re lined up on the order ticket! also maybe buying a fryer accelerator so you can speed up the cooking process (click the big yellow button on the bottom left). also the people who are extra harsh critics with red around their speech bubbles are “closers” meaning they are the last customer of the day
