As for your job question? Yes! I've discovered it's deeply rooted in jealousy and jealous tendancies. Where the person/manager/coworker/etc. is envious you thought of a better more professional route than them! This also has to do with the fact they're embarrassed and want to try and alleviate their own shortcomings on the matter. However, it's insanely annoying! The only way I really figured out to work around such frustrations is a saying; 'In video games, you know you're going the right way when there are more and more enemies' So keep on keeping on hun! The more opposition you get, the BETTER you are doing your job. Or really, anything for that matter!

The google translate story really resonated with me haha. It's a good program but it is not perfect by any means, and when you're using specialized language you really need a human being to do the translation work because bots don't pick up on ✨vibes✨ the way people do. It is really annoying when colleagues don't do their job properly, especially if you get blamed for it. 😒 The amount of times i have to E-mail people and remind them how to do their job is ridiculous. They never learn. 🙄
