So, the problem is not OBS lol, the problem is me lol. I figured out what was going on. I have key bindings attached to my buffs that are the same in OBS. So I mute myself and unmute, stop recording and start lol. I will fix it for next time. I did mute myself halfway through. I did leave it just for the gameplay. So, if you need something to laugh at, there ya go lol
