LilWolfyCuddles you can schedule an appointment with your regular ear, nose, and throat doctor! if you go for a regular appointment like a physical you can mention it to your nurse and they’ll do it for you

Be prepared. I went twice and both times it felt uncomfortable at first. Its only the first minute or 2 that feels weird, almost pain but not that bad. After that your body relaxes and its a nice soothing and warm feeling. 10 out of 10 would do again.
