Health update: My procedure the other day went well! There are more positives than negatives so whilst I’m not doing well, I’m doing better than expected and with an autoimmune disease I’ll take a win where I can 😂 Thanks for all the well wishes over the weekend. I’m taking it easy and will be going back and forth with my specialist to see what the game plan is to help me get back to clinical remission. (If ur new here, I have had a rough journey with Crohn’s disease but I was finally in clinical remission for about 1.5 years and I recently found out that I was back in a flare) ❤ so that’s operation 11 done and dusted and I hope I never have to go back for another one but you never know with these kinds of things. Anyways, I am superrrr lucky to be surrounded by a lot of support from family and friends but especially KJ and Dido, who is still in Australia with us at the moment.

I think it's really cool how transparent you are about your disease. Im 23, diagnosed with Crohns just a couple of years ago, and this year, I've been really struggling trying to get a bad flare figured out. This disease is hard to explain to friends or new people in your life without feeling a bit embarrassed, so it's really refreshing to see someone who raises awareness. Good luck to you friend 💜

Getting back to ASMR after several days offline, during which work and home were both a wet bag of chaos. During those times when life has no chill, I miss 22-minute stretches like this one with very anchoring people like you. Zoned out right up to the point when you casually dropped the info (??) of Dido apparently just living with you now, instead of in Scotland. Is it weird that I'm not surprised?
