I think I'm in love with your channel. You all are stuck with me now. 😊 Besides the fact that you're insanely good at literally everything that you do here, I love that you give us stuff that we can use to help ourselves in certain situations. I learned cyclic sighing from a hypnotist a long time ago to deal with anxiety when It becomes too much to handle, and I forgot that it existed until you brought it up. I always thought ASMR was something completely different than how you do it. Your way is far more enjoyable and useful. I'm in love with your work, you're stuck with me now. I'm still trying to get properly acquainted with Helmut though. He makes me laugh too much to go to sleep. I'm trying to get used to these dominant videos too. I always thought it was something entirely different, so I've always been hesitant to try one (don't judge me please, people. I'm boring in that regard).
