Rummage videos are my favorite! Thanks, Nicky. Also, I didn't realize you had diabetes? I have been type 2 for over 20 years now. I just wanted to give you hope by sharing that after I lost a significant amount of weight, I was able to lower the dosages on my meds, as well as drop the insulin I was taking. My disease is deep seated in my genetics, so it will always be with me, but I have known several people who were able to reverse theirs through diet and weight loss!

Thanks for sharing information about your weight in this video and the last. It's not too easy to talk on a public platform about the struggles. I appreciate it, though, and it reminds me that I should lose weight while I'm young. I agreed with your point about the States and how we are all too big. It's true, and no one comments on the huge portion size at restaurants or if you start eating more food because it's not even noticeable. When I worked at McDonald's, someone from England held up the Large sized cup and gasped because apparently, our Medium is their Large. That's when I realized how big the cups are.
