My family loves tacos. When my husband recently found out he was diabetic, I searched everywhere for Keto and low carb ways to make tacos. I have made these and they were wonderful. Another we tried was using sweet bell peppers cut in half and stuffed with all the taco fixings. It’s great!! Heated in the oven with shredded cheese melted on top is the best!! Hi Mary Ann! Yes! These are such a great way! Bell peppers make it super fresh and a healthier option. I love snacking on low carb meals especially at night. That way I’m not going to be with super heavy carbs. Have you tried using pork rinds as bread crumbs yet? My husband as been wanting to try and make fried chicken or chicken tenders with it. We love experimenting!

Girl!! It’s super easy!!! Just slice them up and pour vinegar over them! Make sure to keep it in a glass container tho. Sometimes I add a pinch of sugar and close it up end shake! You can add in slice of garlic and jalapeños even cucumbers. Anything really. Just remember to eat them in the first couple days. I don’t like to store them long so no bacteria builds up. I don’t think it will since it’s vinegar but I’d always like to becareful with that 😊. Try it!! I add them to everything. Salads, on top of chicken, and rice, scrambled eggs, sandwiches etc
