What type of potatoes should I try making next? 🥔 If you aren’t familiar with this combo. I seems to be super popular in the UK. I fell down the UK tiktok rabbit hole watching a ton of clips from spudman and spudbros. IYKYK. So here we are, eating tuna, beans and cheese jacket potatoes 😂. Oh! Forgot to mention these beans are not like the typical baked beans in America! They are not sweet bbq baked beans. Just beans in a non sweet tomato sauce. They don’t make you toot either LOL.

Try making Sheppard 's pie. Hamburger, mixed veggies, & pile up the mashed potatos on top + alot of cheddar cheese melted on top. It's a great meal. The UK calls it cottage pie... But here in good old USA, its Shepards pie... It would be a great video... TY

Yes! We call them baked potato but in the UK they are known as jacket potato. I think the name is cute 😂

@@holinutrish yeahhhhh!!! I was doing that but then midway decided to just cut it flat and add the toppings this way inside to cover more of the plate for visual purposes. We usually cut an X and push down on the ends here as well. Yet still call it a baked potato tho. I’ve done it in previous videos. I assume you’re from the UK? What’s your favorite toppings?

I think what I would like better is a layer of cheddar a layer of tuna, another layer of cheddar, a layer of cooked shrimp, a sprinkle of chopped bacon, chopped chives, and broil a few minutes to melt the cheese and toast it. Hey! maybe try that, I would love to see.

Haha it’s good!! Not my first choice but I’m really glad I tried it. It’s a super popular combo in the UK. I’ve seen curry chicken potatoes and other combos they have there. If you’re on tiktok there’s a few accounts called the spudbros and the spudman. They are super popular and sell over 1000 a day 🤯

Hi Sherilyn! Someone suggested me to rub olive oil on the outside and sprinkle some sea salt and bake without foil. Doing that gives the skin a nice crisp. I don’t put them directly on a baking sheet because it cooks faster with the side sitting on the pan. So I crumpled some foil it can sit on 😂. Give it a try ♥️

I never thought of putting tuna with potatoes and the baked beans looks good. I don’t eat tuna, but id do a chicken salad with the beans and cheese, but that does look good maybe I’ll try it . Just weird that I don’t eat tuna because tuna melts used to be my favorite.
