anyone else find they can only get asmr from one or two channels? Olga is my main one. I've heard lots of people talk about how a lot of popular asmr these days is very aggressive and fast but also even the ones that are considered good/slow paced are still too crisp and jarring. Olga nails it, not just with the slow, gentle movements and whispers, but also the mic settings. (?) a lot of videos i watch tend to have really high contrast, so i can hear literally every noise/the sounds are harsh and it just gets really overstimulating. The only vids that don't feel jarring are pretty much really small channels, and videos from 4+ years ago. So i pretty much only watch a couple channels like Maria and Olga faithfully, and others i tune in occasionally. Olga, thank you so much for starting this channel and choosing to put yourself out there by starting to whisper in your videos. Pretty much the only way I'm able to fall asleep these days. Best whisper on youtube. thanks ❤️

I fell in love with Russian fairytales in college, when I was taking a course on Russian literature. They were so interesting. Some, of course, are really similar to stories that I grew up with from Germany and France and Britain, but others are very different. I love Koschei the Deathless.

This is a brave topic to do an ASMR video on. Of course she totally rocks it. With a heavy BOOK no less. They're rectangular but those dips between the covers make them really hard to wrap IMO! If I recorded a video while wrapping presents it'd be 20dB of crunching and tearing and crumpling sounds.
