I've had misophonia since I was a kid where mouth sounds drive me nuts. And I've been using Spirit's videos along with others to help me get over it. But some of my relatives mouth sounds still irritate the Hell out of me. I don't know if it's a frequency with the audio that makes it tolerable with videos, but I'm still working to get over it. I feel ya, girl.
