I tend to keep movements quite slow but sometimes when I’m looking for faster triggers I just increase the playback speed to 1.5x or 2x in settings and that can work too :) I hope that helps. One of my favorite songs right now is probably Your America by Tom MacDonald and Adam Calhoun, a little heads up though is they are independent rappers and a lot of their music has to do with politics and many other hot button issues going on in not only the United States, but the world. If you have an open mind you might enjoy it, but this song is very well done and very pretty. I tend to listen to music that has a message rather than having to do with drugs, sex and sexually explicit things that the media try to push down our throats as acceptable
