There are therapists who specialize in the use of applying the right essential oil to the right body part, and then using the right massage technique for the body. This is for people who have had traumatic injury to body and / or mind. Smelling the right scents CAN make you feel more relaxed, cheerful and energetic. What works for me may not work for you.

Japan is an absolute dream honestly. I literally only want to go for the skin care and hair care products and to visit one or two spas. Because the fact they dry and style your hair after treatment is AMAZING. Here you’d have to pay an arm and a leg for, or they don’t even offer it in the US.
