I've been going to bed at almost exactly the same time (22:30/10:30) and now I'm laying in bed at 00:43/12:43, my room dark and warm, now I'm unable to sleep. i knew i had to pull out the big guns and put on asmr wales because she always cures my inability to sleep. (I didn't want to say insomnia, and i also didn't mean to make time stamps lol)
