Find a place that you like, a space that resonates with your Soul, then ask for guidance, help and healing with pure intention. Find a place where you can stay in peace, sorrounded by natural energies and sounds and go there any time you need. Relax, pray and meditate, listen to what you "sense" and feel .... step by step you'll realize you're not alone there. Ask for guidance and signs if you need any. If your intention is pure they will be given to you, sooner or later, when the time is right for your purpose .... When was there ever a time when there weren't wars...? Also when has the news ever not reported bad things? "If it bleeds it leads" has likely been a thing for as long as the news has existed. I also assume that if you're referring to hunter gatherer times...making dinner was absolutely not the least of their problems. Before modern medicine people had plenty to worry about. We always have and always will. Life is pain.

I was listening to other videos of ppl just talking about movies and books while working on pages in my book of shadows and the combination of the sound and trying to focus on my work was so distracting and overwhelming that I THREW my pens down onto the table and changed my playlist to this instead. Almost instantly I was able to focus and the tension and frustration drained away. Normally I don't care for bubbling and fire crackling but in this video with the combination of kitty purring (which is a big comfort to me since I was a child) and the soft chanting and bird sounds in the background made for a surprisingly calming combination I don't often find in these videos. VERY well constructed. thank you so much for this :) My grimoire greatly appreciates it as well lol
