The VPN setting is incomplete due the server lacks of DNS leak. A secure VPN not only have encryption. Either have a secure own DNS server. In the video the DNS used is of Google. Need a second server to resolve IP then in your open vpn server put the IP of your DNS

I have not been charged. I think they only require a card for authentication, but not sure what happens after a year. Just set a reminder to look into it or shutdown your account in a year @@yogeshparkhe8153
