My. Beauty bay advent calendar arrived with a leaked product from number 16 and ruined the box but the rest of the products are fine. BBay were very very quick to deal with it and offered me either a return and refund or 40% off and keep it as is. Nearly £40 off! So I went with that option and they sorted payment out straight away too. Fantastic customer services

Oh dear such a shame about the leaked shower oil! I have ordered this too so I hope they sort out their packing issues. I think they had some nice products for the price, and nice to see a full size mascara as there have been so many minis. Also they don’t have the $75 markup for their international customers that Look Fantastic had, which also helped me decide! This was $193 Aud. Always good to see your unboxings.

Eek thats very unfortunate that the Oil leaked 😢. Hope you reach out to customer services 🤞 they taken this seriously😮 Was the Eye shadow pallet ok? Not damaged by the oil? I thought this was a Fairly nice calander good variation , just i don’t dye my hair it very short so all the Haircare this year is a bit much . Yes i get it. Plenty do enjoy getting it can stock up try new Brands . Saying thats there be quite some repeats in the calendars , like last year 🫣. I actually like this one better as the cultbeauty and other major calenders. It's not overwhelming in products I don't know when or how to use it. The price is better also. But there is not a thing as the perfect calender or I need to make it myself but that ruins the surprise.

Oh no! Such a shame the oil leaked! Still quite a lot left in there considering how it was packed upside down. I hope you’re able to reach out to ASOS about it. The other contents actually look pretty decent for the price point. The eyeshadow palette looks very pretty. I’m more of a cool-toned girl myself, but I think I might still get a bit of use out of it. Hair products are definitely a bigger feature of this year’s calendars too.

Hi Calendar is fairly good on the skincare products. I don’t like the way they clumped all the hair care products together. Also wasn’t that impressed on the makeup items, not very inclusive for all skin tones. The mascara was ok. Definitely could do with more makeup products. I like the Loccitan almond shower oil. A pity 1/5 of bottle spilt throughout the calendar and spoilt the experience. I hope ASOS will compensate you in some way for that. They need to take proper care in packing products the right way up and securing the products so they don’t get damaged during transit and whilst waiting for December. Would I buy this calendar? I thought about it as there were some really nice skin care products. But the overall value and excitement for me wasn’t there. My favourite calendar so far is still the Liberty London which I purchased & unboxed.

this year I don't understand why almost all the calendars have the same brands and in some cases the same and identical products! (first AID beauty, iconic London, Mitchell, aveeno, rituals...) it's also a shame to put two blushes, with all the products there are, why put two blushes? I don't mind as a calendar, it's not my favorite But it's still better than the one from Sephora who made two variants, one for Italy and one for other countries (the one for Italy is rubbish compared to the other one! ) I'm so mad at Sephora for this!😓

I feel like they should at least give you a voucher or something. As for the calendar, I think this is a really nice one actually, good mix of products and good brands. I might get it if they do another 20% off everything soon...

Don’t let that shower oil near varnished wood, as a box [not this Calendar, but the same brand of almond shower oil] leaked on my dining room table and it stripped the varnish! 😢
