It depends upon the cause of the visceral gout... aspergillosis can also lead to V.gout.....high protein diet ...low oxygen and poor ventilation....high salt such oxaltes in diet ...high calcium uptake by bird kr or vitamin A deficiency can also lead to V.gout....treatment would be according to that particular cause ...if u manage to control above mentioned condition then medicine prescribed will become much feasible
