I guess it's literally a devel only cuz it's stock rank only is enough to compete with 186x ranked beasts for a skilled player ! also it's literally so astonishably weird that even after having such a high rank at stock only , it's having all the upgrade levels as other cars (which have low rank at stock) and literally after spending so much credits on each upgrade to max it , it's levels increases by only 1 rank ! 😂🤯

This car's stock rank is highest ig (except for ultimates), just a dif of 54 ranks between the stock and fully upgraded car And total 50 upgrades. So even the biggest of upgrades would change just a rank.
