if you tune it below 1503 bracket yes they are(i said it like 40 times that "my 1499 alpine tune is god tier with handling and accel") if max/pro maybe(a bit too slow for pininfarina tho, its like 428 KM/H compared to alpine's 420 km/h idk about h2 nitro efficency but alpine is like 6/11/16)

Renault Trezor has good handling and nitro but tokyo wall time is low in the range. Renault ZOE is basically c3 but with fx50 handling. CLIO has good accel and handling but bad nitro Renault Alpine has good acceleration and handling, with above average nitro efficiency Renault DeZir has above average acceleration, good handling, and very good nitro efficiency Renault RS 01 has average acc in the range, good handling, and decent nitro efficiency (low end in the range) CLIO and Alpine are not useful for MP, DeZir is ok, and the other 3 vehicles work well in MP

Unnerfed Renault Trezor (Rank 1517) had very good acceleration, good handling, and the best nitro efficiency to ever exist in the game (Not triple though) Unbuffed Renault RS01 (Rank 1841) had good handling, but acceleration and nitro efficiency were pretty bad.
