No, it is the worst. Fastest, yes, but like the other HW cars you can get for twenty bucks along with a loop ramp at Walmart, it has no Mastery or Season 9. That just screams useless. Its competition is the BMW M6, the Aston Martin with the unlimited mileage bumper to bumber warranty, and the 12 year old’s wet dream aka the Nissan GTR (R35). All are terrible. This car also has absolutely horrendous handling, and less MP competitiveness than the other HWs. Only good thing? Nitro duration.

McLaren MP4-31 Boy F1 wtf how is a Twin Mill faster than a Vulcan? This is a low tier B-class vehicle that can barely beat a BMW M6 and the Vulcan is a top of the range S-class vehicle that is the fastest around most tracks. Comparing those two vehicles is like comparing a Honda Pilot with an Agera.
