I dont think so tbh, 1. Floaty only works with +370 kmph cars, and the Apex is slower 2. With the floaty, if you want to go to the left, you have to 360 to the right and drift to the left, but he 360 to the left, so, he could have wrong the execution or he really wanted to 360 him (or he just accidentaly pressed S twice).
