I trained myself to drive on manual by setting steering sensitivity to 0%. It makes every car handle like a brick, but it also taught me to overcorrect less and allowed me to keep more speed around straights and bends (since the reduced steering meant I don't lose speed from overcorrecting as much), while also making me more aware of the next corner. After staying on 0% for a few months, I bumped the sensitivity up to 40% for about a week, then bumped it further to 50%, where it remains today.

interesting, I started at 75% because I thought anything below it makes turns really hard, but as I got confident I use a 80%, then 85%, then finally specifically 91% (lol)

Interesting. I started at 75%, then went up to 100%. Haven't played in about a year, just started again, noticed I'm getting old with shaky hands, and I feel like I'm not at the top of my game anymore, so might have to bump it down. 100% is elite, I guess, lol

So I turned of touchdrive and before in multiplayer I got opponents with somewhat similar car ranks but after I turned it off I started getting opponents (I am on bronze league) with car ranks at 4000 where my car is at less than 2000 (and the winner is almost always at platinum league)! Is this a bug or this is just how the game works?

Do you crash a lot when doing turns? If yes, begin turning/drifting before the turn.

I’ll try to use the code from the description on Switch. I am comfortable with manual controls on my respective platform but I am okay with steady camera setting applied. I do want to practice with tilt to steer to use if one of my Joycons need to be serviced and just use the device. I hope Switch can have a good series like worldwide.

I play on newer android. In my phone there is no fps setting, only Performance/Default/High resolution. The game still lag eventhough is already the "Performance" resolution.

High setting works better than performance setting cuz asphalt made performance setting limit to 30 fps to prevent lower fps drops and heating

as a player who uses tap heres a hint Raise sensetivity to 60-75 you will see not too much diference when turning without drifting, but it will make the drifting way more agressive, so you can do a tight curve faster, the higher the sensetivity, the faster the drift tightens
