The digital ecosystem is a strong foundation for a prosperous, connected future, but it also brings new and complex threats-such as sophisticated cyberattacks and data breaches, misinformation and privacy violations.
This session discussed the ways in which cyber threats are evolving and how states can better manage the cyber environment around them. What kind of public-private partnerships deliver the best cybersecurity outcomes? Do we need to fundamentally reshape the digital ecosystem to improve cyber security on the scale and at the speed we need? Is ‘Secure by Design’ the way forward? What more can partners and allies do together?
Speakers in this session included: Anne Neuberger, Deputy Assistant to the US President and Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Tech and Lieutenant General Michelle McGuinness CSC, Australia's National Cyber Security Coordinator.
