Hello, Does the piece of food in the lungs disappear? Or will it be necessary to use antibiotics constantly? I mean is there a permanent solution?

It depends how much and what was aspirated. The standard surgical treatment for the removal of a large object trapped in the upper lobes of the lung is called a bronchoscopy.

@@cerambyx-8 Thanks. it was a small piece gave me fever for a few days and i felt the piece in my lungs for a few days. Then i think it just disappeared because it was small enough. Bronchoscopy scared me a lot.

Great, quick video but it’s not 100% accurate another way to see if someone is aspirating is by doing a swallow study

Indeed, a swallow study provides valuable insights into aspiration risk during the swallowing process.
