오늘도 좋은 강의 감사드립니다 교수님 송구하지만 이곳에서 질문하나만 드려도 될지 모르겠습니다.. CT상 dependent consolidation이 있을때 dependent atelectasis/passive atelectasis associated effusion과 aspiration pneumonia를 감별할만한 점이 무엇이 있을지요 무례함을 용서해주십쇼 ㅜ

경청해 주셔서 감사합니다~~~ Atelectasis의 pathophysiologic mechanism에 관련된 type과 내용은 유튜브 강의 "Atelectasis"를 참고하시면 도움이 될 수도 있습니다. Dependent lung에 있는 atelectasis는 경계면이 비교적 잘 구분이 됩니다. Pneumonia는 경계면이 atelectasis에 비해 불분명하며 bronchovascular bundle을 따라가는 increased density 가 동반되어 보입니다. 두 병변이 잘 구분이 안되는 경우는 radiologic imagind에서는 둘 다 감별하여야 하고, 임상소견과 Lab. 소견을 더해서 판단하여야 합니다.
