So basically t1 gives 15% multishot dmg so on any cleave fights t1 offers more damage and t2 debuff although gives heaps of dps to hunters is a debuff slot, so most people go t1 or t2 with rank 10 gear. unless they are alowwed the debuff slot, then full t2 Or just mad unlucky with drops
