My mom worked for my chiropractor for 11 years, starting when I was in 7th grade. It wasn't until I was almost graduating highschool that she told us I (at 5) was her first pediatric patient. Lol I always loved going to be adjusted.

Don't be scared. I would 90% of the people that come in for the first time have that same feeling. However, when they are done they sigh a sigh of relief and often giggle and laugh and say I don't know what I was so nervous about. You will like it! Just ask lots of questions and hopefully the chiropractor you are seeing will be very thorough and tell you everything they are doing. Have a great day!
