We are so focused on luxury and aesthetics....and we totally forgot what really matters? Talk about essentials like....is this house powered by solar? Is there water harvesting? Kitchen garden? How is rooftop used? What insulation materials are used? Is there solar heater for water? Are there water pumps for immediate hot water in rooms to save water? How about wall insulation? What about energy management system? Utilities room like storage, pantry, laundry area, gardening shed? How is the rooftop utilized? Is this structure, fixtures sustainable? Are the walls insulated? Probably for people buying this house these things won't matter. Cheers

You are absolutely right but there are 3 types of clients in pakistan, some people want all kinds of luxuries that they dont even care about sustainability, some people want sustainablilty but they dont need this much of space and the details you mentioned, this house isn't solar powered but the client who will buy it can turn it into a sustainable solar powered house by investing on solar derived energy! The walls are insulated, roof top isnt needed cuz it already has a terrace a lawn and a full size basement, waste management system is on point of this house, it has 3 store rooms, dirty kitchen has a full size pantry which i wasnt able to show in this video.. Your question is absolutely right but i have met and read clients psychology as i have gone through around 600+ residential projects الحمداللہ

Washroom floor must be 1 inches lower than bedroom. Otherwise you can place a tile border or stone border.
