Don't even chew, just swallow. That's what I did- but my spice tolerance is very high. I bought a pack of five x2, I tried sharing, and it didn't work out. I ended up being the only one eating all five packs. One pack a week :v They taste really good wrapped in rice paper with some ham and a bit of cheese and green onion! Adding cheese helps for those who can't handle the spice very well- and egg
