Sir there is a huge error in the information of 6th fundamental right. Only Article 32 is fundamental right to constitutional remedy by moving the Supreme Court. Whereas, Article 226 is High Courts writ jurisdiction which is "DISCRETIONARY" in nature. That means, High Courts' issues writs after deciding whether the situation requires a writ issuance or not and it's not compulsory unlike Supreme Court's writ jurisdiction under Article 32. Therefore, only Article 32 comes under fundamental rights & not Article 226. Refer to Laxmikanth, page 34.6, 6th edition.

Answer of question regarding rights available to non-citizens is wrong. In fact none of the abov should've been the answer. Freedom of speech comes under Article 19, which is exclusively available to citizens only. FR available to only citizens: Articles 15, 16, 19, 29, 30. Article 32: Right to constitutional remedies is for aggrieved "citizens" only. Thank you. Source: Laxmikanth, page 7.4.
