Edward character is one of the best development in the Ac series. Also, reading the Ac4 book, Edward wanted to be rich because his wife gave up her riches for him. @@divdivassassin7076 I read, both the books last month (black flag and foresaken) , and really felt for all the three kenways, they had the, most tragic lives of all the AC cast. Especially Haytham, as he is wrongly misunderstood in the games, as a bad guy, which he most certainly isn't.

Because he changes with the plot, he "evolves" with the story like none character in the ac franchise has done before, yes altair and ezio are not the same at the beginning and at the end of their stories but with edward that change becomes more obvious and tragic, he's blind of the world's real nature and when he sees what life is about which i think it happens with the death of black bear, he starts to see the world with another eyes.

@Sencifouy10 жыл бұрын
Grecon Nah ! Every other AC game was better to me. Just look at the map ! There's more sea than land ! We were doing stealth mission with a god d*mn ship ! And we had to wait 'till the last three sequencies to see Edward turn into a real Assassin ! Yeah ... Of course it got a bit emotional before and right after he turned an Assassin. The scene where he met his daughter filled me with joy (Poor Caroline was dead ...) The English voice acting is good with every single game of this franchise (but talking about about the French VA that one was the best) And personally, the scene where onnor was forced to kill Kanon ... His friend was much more emotional. That guy was brain washed by Charles Lee and gave up his life hping for a better futur for his village. He thought his friend was a traitor when he saw the patriots right before his willage and even intended to kill im (But hhe was no match for Connor) Tell me, how Connor's WHOLE story didn't make you drop a tear?
@nelihmazen14209 жыл бұрын
lol ACTUALLY IV is not only the best game in the franchise (way better than the shitty AC3), but Edward's character and story were way better developed and sad than the dull and boring Connor. That's not an opinion. That's a fact.

“Alright lads. I’ll give ya Blackbeards honest opinion. But you ask me can this new captain promise you a life of prizes, plunder. And adventure. Aye. But amongst the gentleman of fortune sailing these West Indies, it’s this man who ranks amongst the most clever. There was a time I thought myself, the deadliest scourge in these seas. But this man. He’s a fearsome dog who feeds on trouble and turmoil. I seen him clear the deck of a Spanish galleon like it were nothin. Fightin like the devil, dressed as a man. And he’s a canny one. Knows his way around every crag and crevice of these islands. So if it’s fortune and and adventure ya seek then Edward Kenway’s your man. Only don’t mettle in his private affairs. Fore there’s more mystery to that man. Than even I dare ask.”

Wow, these tributes you've made are all *amazing*! I just watched Arno's tribute, Jacob and Evie's tribute, and now this, and really, they are insanely good! They're so moving and dramatic, you've really created masterpieces here!

I feel the Kenway family needs more games than just 2 or 3 added with Rogue, I think we deserve a sequel to what happened to Edward after becoming an Assassin, and how he was killed, I must mention Connor too since he's often misunderstood by the fans.

Edward character is one of the best development in the Ac series. Also, reading the Ac4 book, Edward wanted to be rich because his wife gave up her riches for him. Also, he's hardly a womaniser at all, compared to what you see in the trailers, the only woman Edward been with is only been with is Caroline and his second wife Tessa. I think anyone would agree with me, if they read the book

People that I knew said that AC4 was a mid tier game...I told them that AC4 isn't a mid tier game. AC4 is the BEST AC game of all time and no other AC game can come close to the reputation that AC4 has.(besides Ezio trilogy) I will DEFEND AC4 till the day I die it is the BEST AC game. AC4 BF is the game you should play if u want adventure, story, character development, and thrill. This song goes AMAZINGLY well with this Tribute

For years I've been rushing around taking what ever I've fancied not giving a tinkers curse for those I've hurt and yet here am with riches and a reputation feeling no wiser then when I left home. When I turn around and look at the corse I've run there's not a man or woman i love left standing beside me.

@gamermaycry6643 жыл бұрын
One of the greatest characters the series has ever created. Story in my opinion second to none and emotional to the very end filled with laughter and heart, yet tears and heartbreak. An assassin's creed game since this one has never made me cry. Not Rouge, not unity, not origins, not syndicate and definitely not odyssey. This game will always have a special place in my heart that will never be replaced by anything anytime soon. If you loved this game jump up and yell I! If you don't cower and whimper nay!

before i played black flag i thought ezio was the best character but seeing how edwards character grew so much in one game really amazes me because here we have ezio along his journey we meet people we get attached to and be friends with now imagine that all those people you come across and be friends with all die edward felt the pain of loss and he joined the brotherhood as a way of redeeming him self that is what made edwards character so good and why i like edward more than ezio now
