@xXC4RBR1N1Xx yes. except they locked on to you first. if you lock on to somebody who locked on to you, all your pursuer can get is a descret kill if he manages to kill you after you have identified him. if you stun him you can lock on to him again to get a free grounded kill. you will flash red when somebody locks on to you so the timing of defining your target is critical because you warn them basically when you lock on.

@xXC4RBR1N1Xx Yeah, you lock on to someone to recieve them as a contract (NPCs will also be "contracts") and if you lock onto your pursuer they instantly drop to discreet so that any high profile action will immediately make it a chase.

wow, looking back at ACB you can see how different assassinate is. People don't run when you lock them and people are all pretty stealthy in general.

My first playthrough of this mode was a friggin dogpile. one person kills and then everyone runs in and kills the last guy who just exposed himself. luckily i was the last one in line. reminded me of that captain awesome bonus video.

@BollyMonkey It's only in Assassinate. If you want the old compass back, lock someone. So long at you don't press Y or lock someone else, the compass'll track them.

This mode seems like it just gives people more of an excuse to run around like crazy. The thing that made Wanted fun and unique was that it wasn't an all out free for all game mode.
