For anyone struggling at the last bit, don’t use the courtesans on the left. After you assassinate the guard from the haystack, climb over the wall on the right and use the stairs to cross to the other side, wait for Jabba the hut to walk to your left and then walk calmly to your seat.

I remember I had troubles with this mission but I didn’t have to do all of what this guy did in the video (not hating cuz I love this game and these kinds of videos so don’t even assume that) I sorta figured it out, being able to follow them on the ground the whole time but you have to be patient blending in and using the courtesans. I didn’t even have to hide or loose notoriety when you assassinate him. I just sorta jumped like he did from somewhere else and ran away like I wasn’t even there shiiiit I will end up replaying this game once again after I finish AC2 again on the trilogy re-release

I did today all this session without calling any assassins, without killing anyone and without using the roofs. I just used cortesans and random people as hiding spots. Sitting on the bench still dont stop the detection yellow bar build up, but when you get amidst random people, they stop following you. This is probably what you all forgot.

try to avoid as much as possible. After replaying brotherhood, everything is twice as easy, I just go around an abandoned alleyway and just let the timer go now and then, twenty ecs is enough to go around with your courtesans. After thinkng my path and doing it my way, I didnt even have to use the rooftops.. I just had to time my courtesans and the pacing of the target

Never used a Courtesan for this mission, nor recruits. As soon as it starts, climb over rooftops to follow the money. Use Crossbow and Poison Darts to kill Archers before they detect you. Once the money is passed, keep on the left side, on the ground. There will be two guards, and a couple more along the way. Use Poison Darts quickly to disable them. Once you see the Banker, head right from a Courtesan cell and climb up to the church, just like in the video. Clear any Archers with Poison Darts, or Crossbow as long as it's far from other enemies. To initiate the cutscene, head to the hay bale, which is along the path the Banker used. After the cutscene, climb to the church again, and go to the tower with the Viewpoint. Climb down from there and head up to the central plaza where the Banker is. You should be at the right side, where the Banker patrols conveniently in front of a bench. Sit on the middle or third bench, and kill the Banker as soon as he stands in front of you. No Courtesans, no Assassin recruits, just a whole load of Crossbow Bolts and Poison Darts.

As a (hopefully) helpful hint, since a lot of you in the comments are saying the courtesans disperse early, keep an eye on where the stationed guards are and walk along the opposite side. I mostly stuck to the left for the first portion. Then, as you follow to the meeting area, instead of trying to pass the other line of guards or go on the roofs, there's a narrow alleyway on the left. You should be able to get in without using any assassin recruits or going on the rooftops. I got detected a few times, but ultimately I think staying on the ground with hired courtesans is easier. I've seen a lot of people saying this is the most frustrating mission in ACB but imo this is the best mission i've played in ACB, Courtesans work just fine and even if they disband even when i don't want to i could always find a way to slip past, The structures and the number of guards made sure that i have to sneak in and be a "hidden blade in the crowd", waiting for the time to strike. And killing the guy is simple, call one recruit to kill a guard then just run towards him, or you could try to do the full sync and find a chair..

I like this mission too even if it was hard and of course the interaction between Rodrigo and Cesare in 6:56. It's where you see that he's concerned for the safety after Cesare's arrogant decision of attacking Monteriggioni and conquest over Italy. Since Ezio let Rodrigo live in the end of AC2, he choosed to be passive and Humble.

Not assassinating him from a bench is what hinder you at 50% synch. Your cover being blown doesn't matter after the fucker's death.

Use courtesans, no recruits. Avoid crowds and try to walk around (makes it a bit scary with the timer but thats how I did after three tries (replauying this game) everything is much easier to see what is to do and how. I went right instead of left, hugging the fountain cos no guard stood there too closely (one at the door tho) and got to the bench when I knew the target and his guard were away from it

My mission for this is bugged. After the banker finished talking with the courtesan he's supposed to go to the courtyard where cesare is making his speech but he just fucks right off back in to the city. Multiple restarts never did the trick so i guess i just have to abort the whole memory.

Here's how to make a minecraft MLG at 9:56: How do you tackle? Do the same but from a high distance like 9:56, you'll grab a random civilian, youll find yourself at the ground, but YOU DIDNT GOT HURT AT ALL, but it dosnt work with factions like theives, it works with guards but tackling guards means entering a fight

What great skills... Excellent pro gamer. He killer the banker without a crossbow or any other weapon. He actually used that hand knife thing. This is what it means to be an assassin. I would have used a crossbow. Besides the gamer's every position in game and skills were equivalent to that of god level. Perfect gaming. Don't disturb the people already sitting there because if they will stand up you cannot trigger easy to sit down. I had the same problem. Go in the middle of the bench between two NPC's and seat like gentleman.
