@@Veelaru But it's not connected to the main stream PC/Console series. It's a different spin off game. And spin off games are good for building engagement all throughout the different platforms. Y'all have better versions exclusive for y'all. Remember, PSP also had AC bloodline (I hope I am taking the name correct for this one) exclusively. It's definitely connected to the main games but is a spin off. It was there to build engagement on all the platforms. Similarly, they are also doing it to build engagement. Mobile players will get to experience the very first proper AC game on their phone now. And this game also doesn't has any specific character. You get to design your own character and probably the name aswell, meaning it's pretty different. I doubt any protagonist of this game is gonna appear on any Main AC titles. Maybe a few Easter eggs or one or two characters gets mentioned. It's just an experience developed for mobile players and believe me, it won't look good on PC and Consoles. It's also probably cuz they will make Mobile players interested in AC and then slowly release their older titles on Mobile aswell like the first three AC games as they're old enough that modern phones can run them properly I believe. In this way, they will get more sales. Understand the Business. And why it's on Mobile only? Cuz this game is unique, and it will make it a memorable unique game. Just like COD Mobile and 2013 release COD Strike Team, NFS No limits etc. If they have to release it, they'll probably release it on PC if it gets very popular and Ubisoft sees money in it, or if Lucky, switch. Ain't no way it's getting a full console release. Never.

And if you don't, it's okay to have an AC game to be played on mobile phone, yet there is no necessity in keeping it mobile-exclusive. And talking about "understand the business," Rockstar releases console GTAs year before doing so on PC, and the previously exclusive RDR franchice was ported to PC, as well. Same goes with Sony, who basically released all of their exclusives on PC (even Ghost of Tsushima) - the only difference they did it with a 2-3+ years delay. Nowadays, business isn't about exclusivity, it's about coverage. The aforementioned companies keep the players' interest by increasing their coverage and releasing exclusives on other platforms with delay. And from that perspective, it would make sense to port Jade to PC (and maybe consoles, too) a year after releasing it on mobile phones. That's how I see it, and that's how I hope it happens. If not - would be cool if they release a PC game in the same setting.

@@beatsbyabhra regarding Bloodlines argument - it was a PS2 era game, and back then exclusives were a thing. Now they're not. The quality argument also doesn't sound credible, as we had AC Liberation, a PSP game ported to PC, and it looked okay as the same engine as for AC III/IV was used. Even if Jade's graphics looks 5-years outdated on PC, it will still be a decent bonus game to play. I watch the demo in 2K on my gaming laptop, and the world looks good, the only complaints are about lighting and NPC models/detalization, yet it's something that can be easily fixed for a PC port. Anyway, we'll see how the game will end up.
