Game play showing a typical warrior crit build using staffs with the following engravings:
1. Armor Penetration and Melee Damage Applies to Nearby Enemies
2. Armor Penetration and Convert 50% Hunter Damage Bonuses to All Damage
3. +100% Damage but Health Capped to 25% and Convert 50% Hunter Damage Bonuses to All Damage
While the first build does sufficient damage (1.6-1.7M per hit), the nearby enemies effect was pretty underwhelming. The other two builds consistently hit for over 2M (until I took some damage anyway)
