Assassin's Creed: Odyssey is the eleventh main installment in the Assassin's Creed series developed by Ubisoft. The game is set in Ancient Greece, and will feature RPG elements, including dialogue options and the ability to select between a male or female protagonist. The player takes control of a Spartan rejected by their family, making the journey from outcast mercenary to legendary hero, learning the truth about their past along the way.
Both Alexios and Kassandra start the game as a mercenary and a descendant of the Spartan king Leonidas I. They inherit his broken spear, which is forged into a blade to become a weapon that grants the player special abilities in combat. The game uses a skill tree system that allows the player to unlock new abilities. The three skill trees include "hunter", which improves player character's archery, "warrior" which puts emphasis on combat, and "assassin" which focuses on stealth. This replaces the system used in Origins, which granted the player a series of passive abilities.

As a Greek, thank you for making a game about ancient Greece that actually looks and sounds like it is in Greece. No british accents and no exaggerated Russian accents. No mumbling nonesense when they re supposed to be speaking Greek, but actual ancient Greek spoken. Real Greek names of people and places, and not made up jibberish. So much respect and love put in this game. Thank you. Only note : ancient Greeks (like modern Greeks) were not asians or middle eastern, they were white caucasians, and blonde hair was fairly common.

The first playthrough i watched of yours was AC3, and at first I muted the game cause I wanted no commentary but when Hatham said " may the father of understanding guide us" and you were shouting "WHAT?" which was my reaction as well, I started listening to it and that was my favourite walkthrough ever. I still remember how you were running for your life from some redcoats but you stopped to feed a pig virtual doritos saying "always got time, right". Still cracks me up.

It is an Assassins Creed game, and a phenomenal one at that, people are just upset that they changed the boring old B + X combat, two buttons and they’re dead, so glad they actually made it better. Hopefully the combat in Valhalla isn’t as bad and clunky as it was in origins and odyssey, graphics wise they looked incredible but the combat and mechanics and super moves were bad to look at , and they didn’t feel like AC either , just an open world rpg with the title AC slapped on it , hopefully they’ve upgraded things and changed the combat system and actually involved ASSASSINS CREED into their game.

I finished this game twice with different choices. No after a year, here I'm to watch this game from Brad's perspective. I'm a fan of AC franchise, but this game is really awesome. Best in AC, very different and so much fun if you play it in exploration mode. Assasins Creed: Outlaw I just had a brilliant idea, why don't they make an AC game centered around the Robin Hood story? It could be based right after the events of the first game. Like Robin Hood goes to fight in the crusades and Altair convinces him to fight the Templar and trains him as an Assassin. And Prince John would be a Templar unknown to his brother the King. You could explore Sherwood Forest or go around Nottingham pickpocketing rich and giving it to the poor for XP. And they could have conquest battles between the Merry Men and the Templar. I would love a mission to assassinate the Sheriff of Nottingham.

Michael Antonakos is joyful and humble enough to enjoy his experience as Alexios. I imagine he would also be fine if he knew the game director recommended Kassandra to you as "the better option". LOL. I've only started playing ACO for about 2 months and I love it. Already close to 200 hours in and still enjoying it immensely. The conquest battles and naval combat are especially addictive.
