Lexi Guches Bast was a war and lioness goddess, up until the unification of Egypt, where she eventually became Bastet (the -et being used as an indication of lower status in the pantheon, in her case). Bastet became a protector of women (and maybe children), guardian of home and hearth, goddess of fertility, revelry, and perfumes, as well as one of the Eyes of Ra. The Greeks equated her to Artemis, putting her in an interesting position as both a Solar deity (due to association with Ra) and a Lunar deity (due to association by the Greeks with Artemis). She’s also considered to be the wife of Anubis, due to how perfumes are often used in embalming.

By the way, the Egyptians did revere crocodiles in the shape of the god Sobek, a ferocious and capricious protector deity. Apparently, one of his titles was "He who eats while he mates". Not sure I'd want him looking after my house, to be honest.

so i have to ask, will assassinations still be an attack button prompt or is it an interact prompt, or is weapon choice/attack choice gonna be as bare as syndicate, something i did enjoy in 3 and before was choose weather to use swords, fists, axes, hammers, hidden blades or down right shank them with a knife (or hatchet in 3)

Ac origins Tactical guide better feeling is to get into the head of the charchter in certain scenarios, like goods collators. WEAK POINTS Arrow. while shooting enemies at weak points like knees albo feet etc etc it makes him move weaker to your attacks if you hit weak point with certain combinations like feet + knee + heart it automatically creates health deecres vanarablities modfier. such as: - less attack damage -Weakness to arrows - weakness to combos - regenerate health less etc etc.

While I haven't touched an Assassins Creed game since III, I am not only very interested in this game, but also the following ones. From a narrative standpoint, it should be very interesting to see the Order's Dogma evolve over the early period of its existence. Similarly how early Christianity was, while still Christianity, less dogmatic than say Dark Ages Catholicism, I'd like to see what the early Assassins act like compared to Altair's or even Ezio's Assassins Order.

Eurogamer offers more critical opinions on video games while also being entertaining. Plus they're sister channels, so you get some occasional cross referencing.

To be one hundred percent honest, knowing that I can pet the cats and the eagle are by far the most important things I would want to know about this game before I play it... Imagine how long it would have been before I had tried to pet a cat differently to the way I pet dogs in Black Flag.... I would have seen the cats, went to pet them, realized there was no petting option and moved on, feeling somewhat emptier inside... And being able to pet the Eagle is cool as HECK! I am definitely getting this game ASAP now PURELY because I get to have a freaking EAGLE as a friend :o :o :o
