Also u get wiser bcoz of words of wisdom. After getting this achievement i felt uneasy to use lethal weapons on people. So I use fist always now although it increased my death rate ;)

There is no quest, you can just do it, each gives you 1 ability point and if you get all 5 you get en extra achievement

Owenview Kennels probably a glitch because ac origins have alot of glitches depends on your luck. I haven't experience any glitches so far.
